It would be good to know if I became unwell during the day. I could get an appointment that day other than being told to call back tomorrow at 8 am. I have been told this 3 times in the last week. Today I called at 8 am exactly, got through on the 35th time and was told that there were no appointments available. How can this be provision of a service? How do you define 'medical emergency'? If I think it is, I may be wrong and wouldn't wait to take an appointment for someone with a greater need, but if can't see the doctor when I need to, it may increase from intervention to medical emergency. Moved here from Loddon Vale as would never get to see doctors!

The appt booking system is terrible! Often, I will have to all over 100 times before I get through, taking until 8.20 am by which time no appts are avail until gone 11 am. The phone line is never opened on time. I dislike having to tell the receptionist the nature of my issue. Please stop asking this.

Doctors always understanding, caring , helpful and patient. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful.

Generally the Dr's (Eggleton, Joshi and Reader) are excellent in patient care. However, Your shining star in this practice is Melanie Alford. Melanie listens and diagnosis based on what you, the patient says rather than assuming. I have been Melanie's patient for years and would always prefer to see her when I can.
